Return/ Refund Policy
Can I request for a refund?
GOODS SOLD are not refundable. However, In the event where refund is required, the process will only begin once we have received the physical return parcel and a quality check is completed to either approve or reject the return requested. Once the processing is completed, the equivalent amount will be credited based on the original payment method.
What if the goods received is damaged?
All our packages are packed in a proper box and geami papers. We are truly sorry if your parcel received is damaged. Kindly inform us within 7 days from the date you receive your parcel. What evidence or documents do I need to show?

Ii. Your name
Iii. Your address
Iv. Your hp number
And kindly attach the photographic evidence of the damage, including interior and exterior of the packaging. The exterior should include pictures of fragile sticker, airwaybill and package in a few angles. As more information provided will help us in the process of claiming from delivery services.
