What forms of payment do you accept?
Bank transfer for the moment. We will soon accept Mastercard, Visa, Debit Cards, Boost, Touch & Go, GrabPay and online payment(FPX) via our third party provider.
Do check and ensure that your delivery details and ordered/purchased item(s) are correct before making the payment as no amendment will be made after.
What if the free gifts stated in the website and the gifts received are different?
Free gifts may be substituted with similar items of equal value according to stock availability without prior notice to you, and all free gifts are non-refundable and non-exchangeable (if any).
Where do you deliver to?
We only deliver to West Malaysia at this moment. We hope to offer delivery to East Malaysia and outside Malaysia in the near future.
How much is the charge per delivery?
Deliveries are FREE for orders above RM200. All other orders will be charged at a flat rate of RM10.
How long do deliveries take?
Deliveries will take about 3 to 10 working days.
What if I do not receive my purchase in 10 days?
We will inform you upfront if we are not able to meet our estimated delivery date, however, to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses arising out of late delivery.
Which delivery services do you use?
All of the parcels are delivered by our courier partner(s) i.e. Ninja Van, DHL eCom, Pos Laju (Malaysia).

Who can I contact for my deliveries?
Tracking numbers will be sent to your email once order is confirmed. If you are not able to contact the delivery service provider, kindly email us at email@example.com. Our operation hours are 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday. Please allow us up to 3 working days to respond to you.
